On June 8th, 2013, Ada Air Expo, Inc. will host the 10th Annual Ray Stout Memorial Warbird Fly-in and Air Show at the Ada Municipal Airport. Ada Air Expo, Inc. is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization. Ada Air Expo’s main goal is to promote the Ada Airport, to educate the public about all forms of aviation and to provide an annual aviation event for the entire family.
The focal point this year is on Warbirds as well as honoring our military, both past and present. Our focus this year is to uphold and encourage the continuation of Warbirds and the safe operation of the incredible ex-military aircraft. These aircraft are an important part of our American heritage and please join us in our efforts to Keep ‘Em Flying!
In addition to paying tribute to the magnificent flying military monuments, we will also honor past and present service members during the day on Saturday. The Ada Air Expo – Ray Stout Memorial Warbird Fly-in is an affordable, family-oriented day of entertainment providing fun and excitement for people of all ages!

Since we have no admission, we rely on our sponsors to provide the funds necessary to produce this event. With a budget for this year’s event of approximately $30,000, your generous donation will be greatly appreciated. Our all-volunteer event staff would be very pleased to have you or your company as one of the sponsors for Ada Air Expo 2013.
If you are a member of a local civic or other organization and would like one of our committee members to present a program about Ada Air Expo, to schedule please contact any one of our committee members and we will be happy schedule a 20 minute presentation for your group.
